Dear Friends,

Every year, with your help, Graham strives to make a life-altering difference with the young people and families we serve--the pandemic hasn't changed that, only brought the importance of it into sharp relief.

This summer, social restrictions and budget cuts meant there were many fewer opportunities for young people citywide to work and play safely. Graham staff anticipated this situation and began planning for an expansion of the summer youth internship program we had previously offered. Now, six months later, our scaled-up Scholars of Service program is still going strong. It has provided work and learning opportunities for 170 youth and has proven so helpful and popular that we extended it into the fall and are working to offer it year-round.

The Graham Community--parents, young people, staff, funders, and friends like you--came together this year to innovate and expand our work in response to the change and disruption we encountered. This community took what could have been a dreary and dangerous summer and turned it into safe, paid, working and learning opportunities for close to two hundred young people. Thank you for helping make this transformative change and for believing that our young people deserve every opportunity to thrive.

In 2021, we'll continue to meet the needs of our kids and families, and continue to innovate and adapt to offer them help that is truly helpful. Make a gift today and join us in this important work. We couldn't do it without you. Give now: [link removed]

Sincerely,
Kristen Ragusa
Vice President for Youth Success

P.S. If you have already made a year-end gift to Graham please accept our appreciation for your generosity.
