Hi there,

The Senate Majority Leader finally acknowledged President-elect Joe Biden’s win -- and Trump promptly scolded him in a recent unhinged rant to his nearly 90 million Twitter followers:

Donald Trump via Twitter: "Trump's allies slam Mitch McConell for congratulating Biden [via Daily Mail]. Mitch, 75,000,0000 VOTES, a record for a sitting President (by a lot). Too soon to give up. Republican Party must finally learn to fight. People are angry!"

Yes, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won the presidency with over 80 million votes, every judicial attack against their victory has been rejected, the Electoral College formally set Biden’s win in stone on December 14, and the GOP Senate Leader has formally congratulated Democrats on the win.

But make no mistake -- we aren’t out of the woods yet.

Trump’s base has heeded his command to “fight” -- whether that’s retweeting what he says on Twitter or coming to march on DC (smashing up Black churches and declaring the streets of the capital “theirs” in the process). The president’s most loyal supporters are so amped up to end the perceived tyranny of the left that we expect them to turn out in full force on January 5 for the Georgia runoffs -- either as voters or as “poll watchers.”
