The Legislative Council has sent draft language for a proposed law that would transfer control of the Austin Police Department to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
One way or another, we WILL pass a law to keep Austin’s citizens safe.

Elon already has massive Tesla AND SpaceX operations here. Now he’s expanding his tunnel-building construction business company into Texas.
This is great news for Texans as we continue to add jobs to our economy.
PROSECUTING ELECTION FRAUD IN TEXAS

Election fraud is very real and in Texas we prosecute those who commit this crime.
This month, charges were brought against several people in an election fraud scheme in Houston.

THE U.S. SPACE FORCE COMMAND HEADQUARTERS BELONGS IN THE LONE STAR STATE

The State of Texas sent a letter to Secretary Barbara Barrett to support the city of San Antonio as the location for the U.S. Space Force Command Headquarters.
There is no better location than San Antonio, a city that knows and appreciates the valuable partnership with our nation’s mighty military.
