Friends,

I wanted to make sure you saw this news: The House just passed the next phase of COVID-19 relief.

While I'm proud we were able to come to an agreement, the deal is far from perfect -- it should have never taken this long. It's been eight months since Congress sent the first stimulus relief to families. Since then, the pandemic has wreaked havoc on people struggling to keep jobs, put food on the table, and stay healthy.

This relief package is just the next step -- and I will continue advocating for relief for people across the country. The latest relief package includes an extended ban on evictions, federal unemployment insurance, resources for vaccine distribution, and more money for small businesses through the Paycheck Protection Program. The legislation will also include direct payment relief of up to $600 per adult and child.

Now, I'm doing everything I can to push for more economic relief -- because this crisis is far from over and working families and small businesses will continue to need our support.

If you're with me in the work to get our country healthy and back on track, add your name NOW ยป [link removed]

Thank you,

Jason
