Count on Ken Paxton to secure his spot as Texas’ very own Grinch! Not satisfied with filing bogus lawsuits to earn presidential pardons and wasting tax payer dollars, Paxton is committed to ruining Christmas for the hundreds of thousands of DACA recipients in Texas.
 AG Paxton is behind another lawsuit that will go before the Supreme Court this week. This lawsuit is intended to halt the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program that came about during the Obama administration. The DACA program has allowed many young recipients to contribute to our state without being afraid of deportation.
The Supreme Court already ruled in favor of DACA back in June, but Paxton and his far right friends are determined to end this lifeline for so many Texas families — at the expense of taxpayers, like you, John. And for as long as Ken Paxton holds office, Texas will remain tied up in costly, irresolute lawsuits that hurt the very state he is sworn to defend.
