General Membership Meeting 🌹
For our last General Meeting of 2020, we should reflect on the work we've accomplished this year, in spite of the threats of COVID-19, police violence, and economic precarity facing working people everywhere. We saw more DSA members than ever participating as comrades and neighbors in actions across the country and here in Sacramento.
The effects of that organizing are already starting to reveal themselves: our very own DSA member Katie Valenzuela was sworn into the City Council this month, an important step towards building worker power in Sacramento.

Dec 17 & 18: Healthcare Committee Meeting
The Sacramento DSA Healthcare Committee will be proposing a new resolution to renew our chapter's commitment to fighting for health care justice. Committee members will review the resolution and answer any questions you might have at two meetings this week. Time:

Dec 22: E-board Meeting
The E-board will meet to discuss the progress and future work of regional and statewide organizing efforts, new member organizing for 2021, community projects and coalitions, and the status of ongoing committee work.
