CBS News: “U.S. border officials have expelled at least 66 unaccompanied migrant children without a court hearing or asylum interview since a federal judge ordered them to stop the practice, the Trump administration conceded [earlier this month].”

"The widespread failure to comply with the injunction is deeply concerning,” says American Civil Liberties Union lawyer Lee Gelernt, “and we hope the illegally expelled children will not be harmed before they can be found, if they can be found.”

Listen, there’s no other way to say it: The Trump administration is fitting in as much unlawful cruelty as possible on their way out the door, just because they can.

WDTO is working around the clock to support Democratic leaders who can right the wrongs of this administration’s despicable last-minute policies and who’ll continue to wash them away when the new administration takes over.
