** We're here for you this Christmas
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------

Christmas is known for the ho ho ho and the mistletoe (toe toe), but not everyone feels the festive cheer during the festive season.

However you're feeling, CALM's here for you. Our helpline and webchat are open every day, including Christmas Day, from 5pm to midnight, to chat about whatever you're going through.

** Christmas(k) gifts? Sorted.
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------

Christmas is so close you can almost touch it. And that means it's your last chance to get your mitts on this Christmas's must-have stocking fillers - made in partnership with our pals at Dave. Choose from two festive facemasks or a pack of 8 cards and help us to continue to be there for anyone who needs us at Christmas and beyond. Order before 10am tomorrow (18th December) to make sure CALM’s elves (us) can deliver them before Christmas.

** Stuck for New Year's resolutions? Support CALM instead
------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------
You lot really amped up the creativity this year when it came to raising money and awareness for CALM – we saw shaved heads, gaming marathons and even a permanent #TeamCALM tattoo.

So with 2021 approaching, why not swap those generic New Year’s resolutions for a challenge you can really get your teeth into?

Jamie and his band of milkmen are wearing shorts every day in December on their very early, very dark rounds. Brrrilliant!

Ethan took on a sponsored 125km walk, which was triple matched by his employer G research.

Jack and his team gamed for a whopping 12 hour stint and livestreamed it ALL.

And finally, thanks to every single one of you who has done anything against living miserably in 2020. It's been a tough year, and we haven't stopped being shocked, amazed and blown away by your creativity and dedication to supporting CALM.

Merry Whatever, one and all.
