Friends,
One of the unfortunate and tragic realities of the COVID-19 pandemic is that it has led to an increase in gun violence in communities across the nation.
Jason is a leader in the House, fighting to address these crises, but historic gun violence prevention legislation and COVID-19 relief are still sitting on Mitch McConnell's desk.
McConnell's partisan games and failure to provide COVID-19 relief to the American people has caused the gun violence crisis to get much worse. Inaction makes our communities less safe. Enough is enough.
We need to combat gun violence by taking every measure necessary to promote gun violence prevention and to rebuild our country from the pandemic. Add your name to demand action from McConnell NOW ยป [link removed]-

As Americans suffer from the COVID-19 crisis, they are also at risk of gun violence in their communities. Police violence, homicide, suicide, domestic violence, and accidental gun-related incidents are all on the rise. And May 2020 had the most mass shootings in any month since 2013.
The gun violence epidemic and COVID-19 pandemic are public health crises that are a deadly and devastating combination, and even one more loss from gun violence is too many.
Any strategy to defeat COVID-19 must also include a strategy to address gun violence. As we tackle the virus and gun violence head-on, we need your voice.
Jason and millions of Americans are sick and tired of mourning loved ones and members of our communities. Join them by supporting comprehensive COVID-19 relief and gun violence prevention measures. Add your name NOW. [link removed]-
