This is an issue we here at Go for Broke know we must take seriously — we have to listen to survivors when they tell us their stories.

Team — in 2019, a Navy veteran alleged she was the victim of a sexual assault in a V.A. facility.
And, in response, V.A. Secretary of Veteran Affairs Robert Wilkie claimed that the allegation was fabricated to attack him.
There are significant numbers of women and men seen in V.A. facilities who have experienced sexual assault — and the V.A.
should be strongly committed to ensuring that those veterans and servicemembers have access to the help they need no matter what.
This is an issue of believing survivors when they report the sexual assault and harassment against them. Trump's V.A. Secretary did just the opposite. That is flat out WRONG.
At Go for Broke for Vets, we know that all our veterans — and all people — should be listened to and supported when they make important claims of violence against them. And we’re ready to fight for it. So do you support more measures against assault and harassment to protect our veterans?
