| If that sounds fishy, that’s because it is. Several outsiders are accusing Hood of politicizing the state’s judicial system - not to mention the office of Attorney General - to go after a political rival. Not good. |

| Hood’s report, which has been called "heavy on inference and light on conclusions," suggests that Republican Tate Reeves violated the state constitution over a road project. Others have said there is no evidence of wrongdoing. Hood should explain how this "investigation" isn’t a massive conflict of interest on his part. |
