John,
Tonight, people all around the world will celebrate the first day of
Hanukkah at sunset. I wanted to reach out and wish all those celebrating a
happy, warm, and healthy start to this holiday.
Hanukkah is often known as the Festival of Lights, and falls on some of
the darkest days in the year. It is a reminder of light over darkness, the
spirit of survival, and the power of miracles — all worthy reminders for
us to keep as we get closer to the end of this year and into the next.
Wishing you and your loved ones a bright Festival of Lights.
Peace and love,
Jamaal Bowman
