** Dear Sister District DC/MD/VA Volunteers,
------------------------------------------------------------
Looking for ways to get involved in the Georgia senate runoffs? Give the greatest gift of all this year by investing in the New Georgia Project Action Fund's efforts to mobilize voters of color in Georgia! Please join us on Wednesday, December 16th, at 5:30 for a fundraiser and fireside chat with Kevin Danz, the Development Manager at the NGP-he will discuss their their mobilization efforts ahead of the runoff!

The New Georgia Project Action Fund ([link removed][UNIQID]) is the mobilization arm of the New Georgia Project, a grassroots organization founded by Stacey Abrams in 2013, and one of the many groups that helped spur record voter turnout among Georgians in 2020.
Register for the Fundraiser! ([link removed][UNIQID])
Even if you can't join us, please feel freeto donate ([link removed][UNIQID]) ! We're aiming to raise $5,000 toward these efforts in Georgia.

How will your donation help NGP?

* Earned and Paid Media: As part of a layered strategy, paid media including paid digital, mail, print, and radio ads will be implemented in-state to raise public awareness about the runoff election. Advertising will be critical because of the holiday season.
* Adapted Field Tactics: Voters are more connected to their phones than before. Using virtual phone banks, predictive dialers, and SMS tools, we can reach them where they are to make sure they know about the runoff election, are registered, and have the tools to cast their ballot.
* Relational Organizing: Our relational campaign will aim to engage and turnout friends and family.
* Strategic In-Person Events: NGPAF will host a series of socially- distanced, safe, in-person events to register voters, educate them about the runoff election, and get them to the polls.
