What this grassroots team accomplished is truly incredible - and it's proof of why our supporters are one of a kind. When my team and I asked for contributions (and believe me, I know we asked many times), people donated. And kept donating. I'm proud to report that, thanks to these efforts, we hit our fundraising goal before the reporting deadline.

This is no small feat. Your giving $5 or $10 at a time has put us on our strongest footing possible in the final weeks of this reelection campaign. Make no mistake, it'll be a tough fight. But I'm more confident than ever that we have what it takes to win.

So let me take this opportunity to say, again, thank you for your support and for reading all our emails. With Election Day coming up on Oct. 12, the finish line is closer than ever. I couldn't be prouder to have this team standing with me, shoulder to shoulder, as we set our sights on victory.
