Just last week, North Carolina Republicans took their gamesmanship and deception to a new low.  House Republicans voted to override Governor Cooper’s veto with barely half of members present after telling Democrats and the press that there would be no vote.  John, the future of our state is not a game.

Republicans don’t care how they do things, as long as they keep their power to advance their right-wing agenda, starving our schools of funding and keeping health care from working families in North Carolina.

The Lt. Governor’s race is one of our most vital statewide races in 2020.  We are just four seats away from creating a tie in the state Senate and the next Lt. Governor would decide who controls the chamber.

Chaz knows that it’s up to all of us to build a state where everyone, regardless of background, can live up to their greatest potential, and we won’t get there by playing games and cutting people out of the process.

We need you to join us and help elect Chaz as our state’s first African American Lt. Governor.  Rush in your contribution today.

Together, we can stop the games.  We can create a North Carolina that invests in our schools and infrastructure, cleans up our water, and provides health care for working families just one hospital stay away from losing everything.

We can’t do it alone, John.  Pitch in today and help us build a North Carolina where everyone can succeed.
