I hope you had a safe and restful Thanksgiving holiday. Personally, I really enjoyed taking some down time before I’m sworn into Congress in a little over a month. I have a lot of work to do between now and then, but I couldn’t be more excited to serve.

Unless Mitch McConnell miraculously decides to do right by the American people and let the current Senate vote on COVID relief, we’ll need to act swiftly to pass a new stimulus package.

We’ll also need to work with urgency to combat climate change, diminish the power that big money and corporations have over our democracy, support students in vulnerable communities who have fallen behind, and so much more.
