Dianne Morales for NYC Mayor

Neighbor,

This month was tough. Unfortunately, it may only get tougher. Congress is not stepping up to support our country, let alone our city. Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Assistance is set to expire in December. A nationwide eviction moratorium will be gone by the new year as well. With each day that passes you are closer to another bill that’s due, another tough choice to make. High unemployment rates in New York City, lines for food, and you still need to be worried about your health. This is why we need a solidarity economy.

Help us build a solidarity economy by donating $21 now

We can cancel rent. We can provide Guaranteed Minimum Income. If we expect people to stay at home they need guaranteed housing, healthcare, and income. Not everyone has the luxury to work, let alone work from home. Without that security our city’s homeless shelters will see a boom in coming months with families that need more support. Support that the state could move today.

Our movement is not built to bring back what we’ve lost. It’ to build a stronger, safer city for all of us.

In order for our movement to succeed, in order for us to help improve the lives of our neighbors, we need your help. We need you to chip in $25 right now to help Dianne fight for a Guaranteed Minimum Income.

It’s time City Hall fights for us.
