CGF is taking another step toward overturning California’s aggressive and unconstitutional ban on your magazines.

Specifically, we are preparing to file an Amicus (AKA “Friend of the Court”) brief at the Ninth Circuit in support of Duncan v. Becerra - an important lawsuit challenging the ban.

California gun owners have been denied their full Second Amendment rights for too long, and they deserve proper relief. This brief could go a long way toward giving it to them.
