Our research team has made a shocking discovery while preparing for the U.S. Senate special elections in Georgia: In a January survey for the Georgia Life Alliance, Kelly Loeffler confirmed that she would advocate to reverse Roe v. Wade and Doe vs. Bolton, and would zealously cosign any extreme abortion restrictions, including opposing exceptions in cases where a pregnancy was conceived due to rape or incest.
This brand of zero sum politics would put the lives of thousands of women — many victims of circumstances beyond their control — at risk. It deprives women of the basic freedom to control their lives, essentially rendering them vessels of the state. We cannot allow a Senator with such callous disregard for another woman's rights to return to Washington.
