Dear Friends,

With the holiday season fast approaching, I want to take this time to wish everyone in the 55th Senate District a very happy holiday!

During this time each year, we are reminded to reflect and give thanks for the many blessings in our lives. Even in times of immense difficulty, our ability to look around us to witness the blessings we all share is crucial to our wellbeing.

For me, I am thankful for the love of family, the strong friendships I’ve made and the gift of faith.

As I approach the end of my time in the Senate, I also look back and give thanks for the opportunities I’ve been given. I am especially grateful for the opportunity I’ve had to serve the people of the 55th District.  

Beyond that, I am blessed to live in a nation wherein freedom and liberty still reign. I will forever be grateful for our military personnel and our communities’ first responders for their sacrifices and service. This Thanksgiving, please remember those who defend our freedoms, protect our nation and give so much of themselves in defense of our country.

This holiday, as you gather with your friends and loved ones, enjoy this time and give thanks for what blessings you have in your life.
