damning evidence came to light regarding Supreme Court Justice Brett
Kavanaugh’s history of sexual abuse and assault.^1
These most recent revelations make it clear that Brett Kavanaugh lied
under oath to the American people — and his confirmation to the Supreme
Court can be traced directly to one senator’s vote: Susan Collins of
Maine.
As the deciding vote on Kavanaugh’s confirmation, Susan Collins was in a
position to demand a thorough investigation by the FBI into multiple
allegations of sexual assault perpetrated by him.
But she ignored that responsibility and voted ‘yes’ on his confirmation

Sara Gideon, Collins’ 2020 opponent, has a proven track record of fighting
for reproductive freedom as Speaker of the House of Representatives in
