While Philadelphia and its collar counties flipped Pennsylvania, you and I both know the presidential race and several down-ballot races were too close. To protect our progress and build on the good work President-elect Joe Biden will do over the next few years, we need to create a lasting Democratic infrastructure in southeast Pennsylvania. Republican operatives who lost this year are already getting back to work, so it’s up to us to do more now.
