From Washington, D.C., we head to New York City next week to join StrikeWithUs.org. On September 20, three days before the United Nations’ Climate Summit, young people and adults around the world will strike to demand transformative action to address the climate crisis.

The U.S. Youth Climate Strike’s demands include “Implementation of Sustainable Agriculture: Invest in farmers and regenerative agriculture and an end to subsidies for industrial agriculture.”

Use this map to find a strike near you on September 20.

If you’ll be in New York City during Climate Week, join us for the following events:

September 24: “The Power of Plants and the Secrets of the Soil: Ecosystem Restoration to Reverse Climate Change,” organized by Regeneration International, at the New York Botanical Gardens. Register here.

September 25: “Putting Food on the Green New Deal Menu” at the CUNY Urban Food Policy Institute

Regenerative organic agriculture is finally being seen for the important climate solution that it is! Help us build the mass movement necessary to win political support for this important cause!
