As HIAS works to ensure the rights of refugees and asylum seekers during the transition to the Biden administration, there’s a role for you to play, too.
There is hope for change on the horizon, but the needs of refugees are still significant. COVID-19 is surging and during this time of political uncertainty the people and communities with whom we work remain in need of support and are vulnerable to hate-motivated violence.

Volunteer - There are many ways volunteers can provide essential support during this turbulent time - even remotely - from career mentoring to pro-bono legal work.
Make an In-Kind Donation - During these difficult economic times, you can help new arrivals to the United States with a donation of airline miles, furniture or gift cards.
Take Action - Stay up-to-date on ways to advocate and raise awareness about refugee and asylum issues.
