Desperate to fill RBG’s seat before he lost the presidency, Donald Trump nominated far-right Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court -- and Mitch McConnell rushed her nomination through in just 30 days. (Remember, Mitch McConnell REFUSED to hold a single hearing on Merrick Garland, even though Barack Obama nominated Garland nearly eight months before the 2016 election.)
Now, a 6-3 court is poised to repeal Roe v. Wade and make sweeping judgements on religious liberty. We’ve been polling committed Democrats on their opinion of Amy Coney Barrett, but since November 3, our response rate has fallen dramatically.
