Our military service-members and veterans fought hard to protect our democracy, sacrificing their lives and their health for that goal. Right now, Trump is threatening to undermine that work by refusing to concede the election and accept a rightful transfer of power.
Let’s put that into perspective: With Trump acting like a spoiled child and refusing to do what every losing president before him has done, Team Biden can’t get access to the resources they need to prepare to govern our nation.
That means the transition at institutions like the VA, the USPS, the CDC (which is in-charge of our pandemic response!), and so much more could be rockier.
We need 5,000 people to sign the petition: It's time for the country to come together to truly make this a country of liberty and justice for all, no exceptions. Trump must immediately concede and let us move forward.
