John,

On January 5, 2021, Georgia will hold not one, but two, runoff elections that will determine control of the U.S. Senate.

First, Rev. Raphael Warnock will take on corrupt Republican Sen. Kelly Loeffler in the special election runoff. In the other runoff, Jon Ossoff will face Republican Sen. David Perdue:

Rev. Warnock and Ossoff are working hard to make sure Georgians know what’s at stake in this runoff election: passing the John Lewis Voting Rights Act and raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour.

These issues resonate in Georgia. Nearly 47% of Georgia workers currently make less than $15 an hour and polls show 71% of Georgians support raising the minimum wage.

Raising the minimum wage would put real money in the pockets of working families in Georgia — instead of the deep pockets of Walmart CEOs. It will grow Georgia’s economy from working families up.

But big corporate interests are going to pour money into Georgia attacking Rev. Warnock and Ossoff to keep Republicans’ grip on the Senate and block any progressive legislation next year.

That’s why Rev. Warnock and Ossoff are counting on grassroots support to share this winning progressive message with as many Georgia voters as possible in the next two months. Will you rush a contribution today to help flip the Senate in Georgia?

Thanks for everything you have done this year to defeat Donald Trump and elect progressives up and down the ticket.

Now, we have to get right back into the fight to flip the Senate in January. Let’s do this.
