to repeal the Affordable Care Act (with no replacement), the battle to
protect 21 million Americans during a deadly pandemic comes down to the
Supreme Court.

Today marks the beginning of the court’s arguments on whether the ACA is
unconstitutional or not. And with Justice Amy Coney Barrett now on the
