Last night's election delivered outstanding wins for our Republican candidates across New York State, but Democrats are already activating their lawyers to try and snatch these victories from us.
They refuse to accept the results...like it's 2016 all over again.
We have candidates for congress, senate and assembly who are all ahead, but there are thousands of paper ballots in these seats that are subject to Democrats' legal tactics.
Unfortunately, this is exactly what I was afraid of and why I crisscrossed this state urging our voters to vote IN PERSON so some Democrat lawyer wouldn't have an opportunity to cancel your VOTE and your VOICE.
We are activating our recount operation and we need to put together our own legal team to ensure that Democrats don't try to steal these wins.
This is an incredibly expensive undertaking and we are mobilizing resources to get to these targeted races IMMEDIATELY. Will you help us pull this operation together and ensure we can protect our Republican victories?
