But this time around, two of these Congressional districts have been moving in and out of the Cook Political Report’s “toss-up” column, meaning that they could still flip back to RED on Tuesday! We also have the chance to pick-up another district -- VA-05 -- that hasn’t elected a Democrat to the House for a decade .
