I entered this race for School Board because I wanted to be a part of ensuring we have strong schools and a strong future for my children and yours.

As a former middle and high school teacher, professor, and Dean of College, I've seen how dedicated our educators are to ensuring our children are prepared to hit the ground running after high school. I am ready to get to work as your next School Board Member for DeSoto County by helping to formulate policy that has a positive impact on their classrooms.
It will be my mission to listen and learn – then lead – on issues that allow us to continue improving the academic excellence and outstanding extracurricular activities for which we have become known.

I sincerely appreciate your vote and any support you are willing to give in helping me reach that goal on Tuesday.
