As one of our canvassing team leaders pointed out today, it may be 100 degrees in the shade, but our grassroots organizing team is doing whatever it takes: knocking on every door, making every phone call, and doing everything we can to build the movement it's going to take to ensure that we turn out more voters than any Congressional campaign in Texas history.

We will have knocked on over 1,000 doors before the weekend's out -- but now that our organizing program has ramped up significantly, we're coming up short on supplies.

We need new handouts for our canvassers, and we want to be sure our organizers have what they need at next weekend's canvass.
