Dear NRDC Activist,

Election Day is ONE WEEK AWAY!

Donald Trump cannot get another four years in the White House to wreak havoc on our environment, our communities, and our health. Period.

We must boot him out of office and elect climate champions up and down the ballot, starting with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. That's why I'm working with the NRDC Action Fund to help as many people as possible vote in the next seven days.

We can do this together. It starts with making your plan to vote:

• Check your registration: Make sure you're registered and at the right address. And depending on where you live, you may still be able to register! Check your voter status.
• Make your voting to-do list: Use the Action Fund's handy checklist to make sure you have all your voting bases covered before showing up at the polls. Make your plan to vote.
• Get out there and vote early, if you can: Check your state's early voting rules, voting location, and hours — it may be different than where you usually vote. Not all states offer this option, but if yours does, be the first in line. Get early voting info.
• Plan ahead if you're voting on Election Day, November 3: Be safe! Wear your mask, carry hand sanitizer, and keep six feet from others. Try to go at a time when your polling site may be less crowded. Find your polling place.

And if you've already voted — THANK YOU. You can help by forwarding this email to your friends and family and urging them to join you. Or call them. Text them. Do whatever you have to do to get them to cast their ballots.

Here's where we are: It's the Trump triple play. Trump knew coronavirus was deadly and he did nothing. He's fanned the flames of racial unrest across the country. And he's driven us to the brink of climate catastrophe by pulling out of the Paris climate agreement, rolling back bedrock environmental laws, and giving handouts to his polluter cronies. Hard to believe one guy could be so bad in so many ways.

The Trump administration and its party hacks are spending millions to do everything they can to stop us from voting — because they know that if we all vote, they will lose.

We cannot let them silence the voices of the people — especially in Black and Brown communities, which face the most barriers to voting and bear the brunt of the consequences of this administration's despicable actions, from climate impacts and racial injustice to the pandemic and the devastation of our economy.

Please, make your plan to vote now.

What we do in the next seven days will determine our course for decades to come.

The last thing we want is to look back and wish we had done more — I know you feel the same way. Thank you for doing your part.
