I'll get straight to the point, friend.

We’re just 9 days from Election Day, and it’s clear something special is happening here in Texas. We can win it -- from the White House all the way down to the State House.

One of the most important races I’m keeping tabs on is in TX-24, where Candace Valenzuela is running a powerful grassroots campaign to break the Republicans’ decades-long grip on the North Texas suburbs.

We can make history by flipping this seat from red to blue, but we can’t do it without your help. So I’m asking if you can contribute $3 to support Candace Valenzuela’s campaign. >> [link removed]

Stories like Candace's -- a young woman of color who grew up homeless moving from place-to-place -- don't usually end with an election to Congress.

Food stamps helped her mother feed her and younger brother.

Public schools helped her receive an education, graduate college, and become the first Afro-Latina elected to her local School Board.

But right now, the programs that helped her family stay afloat are under attack by this administration. Candace understands more than most that the American Dream is eroding under Trump, and I know she’ll be the fighter that working families need.

That’s why I’m proud to endorse her campaign.

Election Day is just 9 days away. Candace needs to raise $9,981 by midnight TONIGHT in order to turn out more Democrats. Can I count on your $3 to flip this seat? >> [link removed]

This race could define the political future of our state for years to come.

With your help, friend, I know we can win -- and bring lasting change to Texas but we need to dig deep when it matters most.

Thanks in advance,

Beto O'Rourke
