Have you ever looked at a cactus and thought, "Ouch, what a stiff"? Not many realize that cacti are incredibly resilient, adaptable and flexible. They must be to ensure their survival. Whereas orchids can perish at a moment's notice, cacti are determined.

We need more people fighting for what they believe in– and we can all look to cacti for inspiration. This is a plant that goes to the extremes and thrives. Alzheimer's is our extreme, and after #BLTT2019 we all will be closer to ending this dreadful disease.
