People are tearing down our signs, and covering them up. Help us fight back so we can put more up.

John,

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Here's what I see in several less:

Our opponents are doing everything they can, legal or otherwise, to stop our momentum. All across town, we are getting reports of other campaigns covering up our signs or tearing them down.

Our polling shows us that we're on the path to victory and other campaigns know it. To keep our digital ads running and grow our team knocking on doors, we need a fundraising boost to make sure we have the resources to compete.

So, John, I'm personally asking you: Can you chip in $10 or any amount right now to help us fight back against these underhanded tactics that other campaigns are engaging in?

If you've saved your payment information with Actblue, your donation will go through immediately.

Anyone can "paper over" a yard sign or toss it on the ground, but you can't cover up our Washington Post endorsement, the backing of thousands of grassroots supporters, and the will of the people.

I'm proud to be running a positive campaign focused on building a more equitable DC, but we can't fight back against the people vandalizing our signs without your help, John. If you are able, please consider chipping in $25, $10, or whatever you can to push us over the top.

DC is ready for a change. Only 12 days left to make it happen!

Yours in the fight,

-- Marcus
