Run for Something
Hi John,

Is the national nightmare we've been living through with Donald Trump in office finally going to end next month? Honestly -- I don't know. In our work, there are no guarantees.

But what I do know is that Run for Something has been essential to securing progress for 2020 and beyond.

We just wrapped up Unapologetically Progressive on Tuesday -- our bi-weekly deep dive with electeds and endorsed candidates running in battleground states that will ultimately tip the balance of the electoral college one way or the other: Texas, Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

Down-ballot progressives have the power to win each and every one of these states for top-of-the-ticket candidates, not just next month but for a generation.

They do it by enacting good, progressive change at the state and local level. They build the critical community relationships we need to win sustainable, permanent power for progressives. We gave them a platform, now we need to back it up with resources.

That means support from grassroots donors like you so we can continue recruiting, training, supporting, and electing young, diverse progressives to down-ballot offices. Please, pitch in $5, $25, $100 -- whatever you can afford.

Permanent power is won one race at a time at the state and local level, but it doesn't come at all without your help, John.

Thank you,

Amanda Litman
