The Senate Judiciary Committee is set to vote tomorrow on Amy
Coney Barrett's appointment to the Supreme Court as Republicans
try to rush Trump's nominee through before Election Day.

Amy Coney Barrett didn't give many straightforward answers in
her hearings last week. But her gaps spoke volumes.

She wouldn't say if systemic racism is real. (It is.)

She wouldn't say if voter discrimination exists. (It does.)

She refused to answer critical questions about her record on
healthcare. (She thinks the Affordable Care Act is
unconstitutional.)

She called climate change a "contentious matter." (It's
scientific fact.)

She used the antiquated 1970s term "sexual preference" when
discussing marriage equality. (Sexuality is not a choice.)

We need a Supreme Court Justice who understands all this and
more. We need a Supreme Court Justice who isn't rushed onto the
Court in a sham process while Americans are voting in a
presidential election.

Donate to fight back. Republicans know this is their last gasp
at power - so they're doing everything they can to ram through a
conservative majority on the Supreme Court. We can't let them get
away with it.

13 days. Let's make sure that Democrats win with huge margins
that show once and for all that we have had enough of Republican
power grabs.
