A World Series wager

The Tampa Bay Rays and Los Angeles Dodgers are competing in the 2020 World Series. There's a lot at stake - like shrimp and beer. St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman declared on Twitter that we will send Yucatan Shrimp, local craft beer and local art to L.A. Mayor Eric Garcetti if the Dodgers beat the Rays.
