Last week, our team announced a $20 million planned investment in electing pro-choice Democratic women to state and local office in 2019 and 2020.

That's the biggest investment we have ever made at that level. And now we need to follow through on that commitment.

This is huge. State and local campaigns aren't like presidential campaigns. They don't raise millions each quarter. $20 million is a game changing amount for the hundreds of candidates we will end up endorsing.

Last year, we elected enough women to the Nevada state Legislature to make it majority-women. That legislature has expanded abortion rights and health care access. We can do that in other states, too! Plus, some of those women will eventually seek higher office — House, Senate, governor, and even higher!
