| RAILROAD RETIREMENT BOARD TECHNOLOGY SURVEY |
| Brothers and Sisters, the Railroad Retirement Board is presently working on a major information technology initiative and they want your input. They have released an online survey for active and retired Railroad employees. The purpose of this survey is to gain insight into the preferences of Active Railroad Employees or Annuitants who are customers of the U.S. Railroad Retirement Board (RRB). The information will be used to make decisions about the current and future online services offered by the RRB. The survey will take about 25 minutes and must be completed in one session. All responses are voluntary and anonymous. |
