John –

Just moments ago, a brave activist named Crystal Good spoke before the Senate Judiciary Committee and told her personal story of navigating through abortion access barriers as a 16-year-old in West Virginia. It’s stories like Crystal’s that serve as a reminder of the harm that abortion restrictions have on so many of us, especially in communities already impacted by systemic racism.

With the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett wrapping up this week, abortion access is on the line. Despite her attempts to avoid answering questions about Roe v. Wade during the hearing, Amy Coney Barrett's record shows us that she is anti-abortion. Senate Republicans and the current administration are rushing this process because they know it is illegitimate. Call your U.S. Senator and tell them to vote NO on Barrett’s SCOTUS confirmation >> <[link removed]>

Though we know that keeping abortion legal is the bare minimum – Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation to the Supreme Court is a threat to abortion access everywhere. It will take momentum from people like you to make sure the U.S. Senate puts a stop to this illegitimate confirmation process. Call your U.S. Senator right now and tell them to vote NO on Barrett’s SCOTUS confirmation >> <[link removed]>

Thanks for all you do,
