With a new vacancy on the Supreme Court, the future of health care in our country is in jeopardy.

Trump’s administration and Republicans have mounted a legal attack on the Affordable Health Care that is on its way to the Supreme Court. Now, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is trying to rush through a nominee before Election Day to secure the fate of the ACA and health care for 20 million Americans -- including more than 150,000 Arizonans.

And top it all off, outside groups, including one with ties to McConnell, have dumped $62 million into Arizona because they know Mark is gaining ground. They’re scared he could flip one of the four seats Democrats need to take back the Majority and remove McConnell from power.

Mark knows access to health care is essential -- especially during a pandemic. He’s committed to protecting the Affordable Care Act and coverage for pre-existing conditions and lowering the cost of life-saving health care.
