In just a minute, I’m going to ask you to make a donation to my campaign. I hope you’ll give me a chance to explain why this request — especially right now — is so important.

Tonight at midnight, we have our final FEC deadline of this entire campaign. This will be the last time we publicly report our fundraising numbers before election day — so all eyes will be on us.

In addition, a new poll came out last week showing this race is a statistical tie. At this point in the race, that is far too close for comfort. That's why Senator Hassan suggested that I reach out.

Our campaign raises money differently. We’re powering our work through tens of thousands of individual donations, people chipping in small donations when they can because they know how important it is to win this Senate seat and replace Mitch McConnell as Majority Leader.

I’m proud of that fact — but it does mean I have to ask:

Will you split a contribution — of any amount you can afford — to support my campaign and Senator Hassan's today? If you can make that donation before our FEC deadline tonight it would send a powerful message about the strength of our grassroots campaign.
