Why is this important? [[link removed]] Because Missouri has been a leader among States with Republican leadership in attacking reproductive freedom and unconstitutionally restricting a woman’s right to bodily autonomy.

We need Democrats to run on their values, to explain clearly where they stand to their constituents and to explain that being pro-choice isn’t radical—it’s mainstream. The majority of Americans everywhere believe in the framework of Roe v. Wade and they believe reproductive healthcare should be between an individual and their doctor. We don’t need the government dictating who we love, how we express love, and certainly not how we make extremely personal medical decisions.
