"yard signs don't vote"... or do they?

John,

I swear, every time the word “yard sign” comes out of my mouth on the campaign trail, it’s not long until someone starts mocking them to my face:

“If yard signs could vote, Marcus would have this election locked up and you could take a day off!”

“I’m really glad to see you guys got the coveted *most lawn signs* endorsement.”

But in all seriousness, here’s the problem, John. In a 23-way race, yard signs really do make a big difference to help our campaign stand out from the crowd. Neighbors actually do talk to neighbors about yard signs in our city. So, we’re making a big push right now to have as many Goodwin For DC Council signs up as possible for the last few weeks of this election.

Unfortunately, we're running behind on our yard sign budget, and even worse -- our supporters keep reporting their Marcus Goodwin signs are being STOLEN or mysteriously VANISHING overnight! Can you chip in $10 or any amount right now before tomorrow AM? That's when I need to finalize our last yard sign order to print more Goodwin For DC Council signs ASAP for everyone who's requested one.

If you've saved your payment information with Actblue, your donation will go through immediately.

Thanks for helping our people-powered campaign out! If we can’t have a taco truck on every corner, we may as well have a Goodwin For DC Council sign.

Yours in the fight,

-- Malcom Fox
