Folks – It’s been an unprecedented few days. The Trump administration’s true disregard of the lives of the American people is on full display. Administration officials repeatedly put the press and staff at risk of contracting COVID-19 by refusing to wear masks and take quarantine procedures seriously. The president himself is risking the lives of those around him to satisfy his ego – and then he refused to consider any COVID-19 relief legislation until after the election. It’s tough to stomach. 200,000+ Americans are dead. And it seems like the president simply doesn’t care. I don’t blame you if you’re frustrated or run down right now. So many Americans have watched loved ones die, only to be told by the president, “Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life.” So many Americans have lost their jobs, only to be abandoned by Republicans in Washington when they need a hand up. We’re 23 days from voting them out of office. 23 days to lock in our House Majority, flip the Senate, and kick Donald Trump out of the White House. It might feel like 23 weeks – but we’ll get it done. Together. Team, we have to win this election. This is about our families, our communities, and our future. This is about ridding our country of Donald Trump’s malicious, selfish ego. Thank you, – David
