One year ago, I stepped into my dream job as President and CEO of IWPR. I can remember all of the excitement, hope, and anticipation I brought with me that day—and every day since then—for the possibilities ahead. And coming soon to your inboxes, a sneak peek at our ambitious Recovery Report which will layout a roadmap for a gender-equitable recovery that centers women and families.
Nurturing a vision that places IWPR at the forefront of economic policy for women—and ushering it to reality during a pandemic—takes a village. I am grateful to our Board members for providing me this opportunity, to the IWPR research and support staff for their buy-in and hard work, and to our many partners for helping IWPR seize its untapped potential and take its place on the frontlines.
In Peace,
