The Senate’s in the middle of a COVID-19 outbreak, but Mitch McConnell is running FULL STEAM AHEAD:

Republicans have already held one COVID-19 superspreader event -- and now they want to move forward with confirmation hearings?

Not on our watch.

Sign on -- tell Senate Democrats to boycott the Barrett hearings:

Ignoring the fact that a confirmation three weeks before a presidential election is undemocratic, holding hearings at this moment is completely reckless and dangerous.

Instead of prioritizing the health of fellow Americans, particularly black and brown working-class staff, Republicans insist on playing political games.

This is -- quite literally -- a matter of life or death. It’s a double-edged sword. On one side, more and more Congressional members and staff will continue to contract and spread a deadly disease.

While on the other, Amy Coney Barrett opposes a woman’s right to choose -- meaning overturning Roe v. Wade is a priority for her.

Women should be able to safely and effectively access abortions, should they need one. A reversal on Roe v. Wade wouldn’t just mean more unsafe abortions… it’d mean more maternal and infant mortality.

American lives depend on the outcome of this confirmation and election. So we’re telling Senate Democrats -- boycott the Barrett hearings, NOW:
