We can’t let Trump get away with this...

With the recent announcement of Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination, Trump has now nominated THREE judges to the highest court in the land.

Don’t forget: Republicans stole a Supreme Court seat from the Democrats in 2016 -- 237 days before the Presidential election. Now, with only 30 days until the election, Mitch McConnell and the Senate are moving forward with Supreme Court confirmation hearings.

This is terrifying, folks.

So, we want Joe Biden to know: once we vote Trump out, it’s time to add Justices to the Supreme Court.

Listen, instead of honoring Justice Ginsburg’s dying wish, Mitch McConnell is committed to replacing her on the bench as soon as possible.

That’s why there’s no other option now. It’s a matter of protecting our democracy -- once Trump’s out, we need to pack the courts.

Congress has already changed the number of Justices on the Supreme Court six times in our country’s history -- and we can do it again today:

The thing is -- this is a matter of life or death. Amy Coney Barrett is a staunch opponent of a woman’s right to choose. She doesn’t stand for sexual assault survivors -- and gives offenders a second chance. And she’ll obstruct years of gun safety measures.

Barrett’s appointment to the Supreme Court will undoubtedly derail decades of progress.

The future of our country depends on the outcome of this confirmation, and election. So we’re asking progressives and Democrats like you to sign on.
